I purchased a XXL shirt from Vertigo which did not fit. When I went to exchange it a young inexperienced girl said it was ok to exchange it so I picked a larger size and went to try it out in the change room. Upon my return the arrogant manager by the name of Grant refused to exchange it as they said it was worn/used. How can I wear something that does not fit!!! Someone in the store made the collar dirty (brown stains) while I was in the change room, they probably rubbed it on the floor or something. When I brought it into the store it was in the same condition that I purchased it. Then I asked for the number for the head office or owner which Grant gave me some number in Cape town (0214611207) which continuously rings.
I would like to bring this to the owners attention of what goes on in this store. Hopefully this does not happen in any of the other stores. It is pathetic.
