Each and every time I go to Clicks I have to stand for about 20 minutes in the queue because there are only 2 people working behind the counters while there are 6 counters available. And they work so slow. It is so frustrating because you're in a hurry now you have to stand and wait and wait and wait.
I really think Clicks should sort this out otherwise they would lose customers if they continue with this service.
