My mother was in clicks in Edgemead this morning, waiting to be helped by the teller, she ended up waiting 30 minutes because the tellers that are on duty seemed to be busy doing nothing, i don't understand the logic of the store as you would have four tills with four operators yet they all stand around and make a long line of people before they realize they are at work. Thought CUSTOMER SERVICE came before laziness. How can you expect to make clients happy if you have one till open with a lot of people in the shop
