On the 30th March 2013, Red Bull hosts an all white roof party with an industrial grade sound system in Braamfontein. The noise travelled for at least 2 km radius. This noise started at 1pm and continued late into the night.
The Alexander Theatre is surrounded by many residential flats. Mostly by students; who need to study and residents who need to relax.
It is grossly insensitive to host such a party and not expect a disturbance. Noise pollution is regarded as a health hazard. It is obvious that the organisers disregarded the residents as they were black and all their guests were white. A classic case of Group Think and not regarding black people as humans too.
This is a stain on the Red Bull Brand. The venue Alexander Theatre owners have been warned about hosting such events previously.
