I've never such bad service in my life from sales,

Warehouse Manager in Pinetown and Noleen from the Warehouse

I had purchase an Isabella kitchen scheme on 28th of January 2013, when they delivered the goods they were damaged. I went to the branch to advise them of that so they can sort it out. The drawers were failing, not aligned, and it had been damaged. It took them 4-5mnths for them to send a handy man because the one that normally does house visits he need to be escorted since he was scared to go "black township" alone (as per the manager from the warehouse in Pinetown)
So when they finally came the handy man said there nothing he can do, some of the kitchen scheme need to be exchanged. They brought damaged and unfinished.

Russell's takes the cup for the worst service.
