TAKEALOT is a company that continues to provide a superb service. I have ordered products that are unavailable in South Africa and TAKELOT have imported the products from the USA and the UK. Well Done to TAKEALOT for that. Not many companies are prepared to acquire stock from Overseas if it is not available locally.
The service I received on Monday 15 April 2013 is definitely worth mentioning. I had been looking to buy a TV Series on DVD. The TV Series is available in retail stores, but costs more in retail stores than at TAKEALOT with the delivery cost included. Happy that it can be purchased at a lower cost, I decide to place my order with TAKELOT early Monday morning. The product was available at the Johannesburg Warehouse. I expected it to be delivered on Tuesday. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call on Monday afternoon from the Courier stating the product is ready for delivery. It was delivered that afternoon.
That is what I call Top Notch Service.
