Your delivery team in Durban gave exceptional service last week. When they were carrying the crates through to the kitchen to unpack on the table as usual, I stopped and asked them if they could possibly assist by putting the large bags of sugar in the cupboard as our tea lady was recovering from major surgery and could not lift heavy things. I was informed later by our tea lady that the guys had insisted on packing the entire order away in the respective cupboards so that she didn't have to bend down or stretch up.
