I went into the Illovo branch this morning to go and get pricing for a cupboard door for my kitchen. I wsa greeted with a smile and good service until they found out that i didn't require a new kitchen but just a cupboard door. They told me that they don't 'just do cupboards' and that the cost would be too much. Given that i could decide whether the price was right or not, i insisted on a quote - for which they wanted to charge me R300! THey then proceeded to tell me all the reasons why they - a kitchen fitting establishment - should not sell me a kitchen cupboard! I am sorely disappointed and annoyed at the poor service and bad attitude and would recommend you go elsewhere!
