Discrimatery Treatment towards Consumers

I had an account with Foschini Group a while back. My accounts were all paid up and closed back in 2008. I have been trying to open a Markham account in 2010 it was declined and when I queried I was informed that I can only open a new account in 2012, I tried twice last year in was still declined and was told its because of the system block and I informed to try again in five months. So I tried again almost a year later and still my application is declined and there's no one who is prepared to give proper feed back this time in this regard, and to make it even worse in all my applications no proper financial assessment has been conducted to determine the financial standing of the application. This is seen as total decimation towards certain consumers.
