My account with foschini has been paid in full. i went to one of the branched in George, they informed me that my account has been handed over. I phoned the lawyers (real people) and they informed me that my account is not with them. I phoned again the customer service and they told me that they will contact me back. This has been 3 weeks and I haven not heard anything yet. I went in again yesterday afternoon, they sales lady informed me that i have to open an new accounts, as to my knowledge i have not closed my account with Foschini. My account was declined and they could not give me reason. I phoned in again to ask what is going on in my account, yet again no one can help me with an answer. They keep on transferring me from one desk to another.
I would just like this to be resolved as soon as possible as I would like to buy on my account.
