New account application, no feedback

I filled in an application for a new account with the foshini group online almost a month ago. I then got an email last week to say it was declined. I called them to find out why? they said they cant confirm employment. I give them the contact details again for my employer. Still no reply? It seems like they dont need new business hmmm
