After recording a complaint about Pick n Pay, who promptly "closed" the complaint on Hello Peter, I received two phone calls from someone at Pick n Pay (in quick succession) which I was unable to take where the caller did not leave a contact number - and never received a follow-up call. It seems as if Pick n Pay does not wish to sort out problems, but rather ticks the boxes in terms of phoning the client with no actual resolution.
