Jenni Button (Sandton City) has a tendency of not fulfilling their promises. There is a book where you write your contact details should you require an item in the store that you do not have a size in. So far i have written in that book 3 (three) times and nobody has bothered to come back to me about the item i requested, im the one who calls and enquire. The first time i ordered a dress, left my contact details in that fancy book of yours and nobody bothered to pick up the phone and call me. The second time i orderd shoes and the same story happened. Now i bought a dress for a friend and it does not fit her and she doesnt like it, you dont do exchange, your shop had no stock, i again ordered a jacket and asked that you call me if there is stock and even today nobody called me. Today i called again to to ask about my order and had to related my story to 1 of your stylists and it really felt like i was speaking greek. In the past instances i dealt with Phindiwe, Cindy and Tresor. Your shop is expensive but your service is nonesense, go to small shops like hyde park and clearwater 4 advice. I can see that my money is not goods enough, you will never ever again see me in your store!!!
