My young son purchased a gift card from Pick n Pay and was not aware of the limitations of its use. On enquiry we were told that Pick n Pay was not willing to assist in any way. As a customer who prior to this complaint spent on average R2000 a week at the store, I feel quite let down that they could not resolve an issue relating to a R250 gift card appropriately. I called their complaint line and have not received feedback, Pick n pay seems to be hoping that ignoring this complaint will make it disappear. I am now very reluctant to use Pick n Pay although they are conviniently located next to my home. I have chosen to drive out a little to Woolies instead.
