ITC Not updated 9 months after it has been paid up

I have settled my account with Markham over 9 months ago after being harassed by their debt collectors: Eastern Berry. But after several emails back and forth my account has still not been updated on ITC. They never answer their phones and when they do I get transferred from pillar to post and then eventually my call gets dropped.
