Dear whom it may concern I've got a complain about a television I gave in on last monday for repairs or to be replaced so I've received no co-operation ever since and gave them a call yesterday as well and heard that the television will be replaced so going there today I wasn't the only customer complaining about a telefunken and the other customer haven't received her tv as well and now they want to either replace it or still get a new telefunken but what will then happen to the money that was paid on the first tv?? As they want to cancel the whole transaction and give a new tv?? Its been 9 days now and a payment is almost due again but received no tv yet???
