This has been ongoing now since Feb 2012 - The last time I heard from them was on Hello Peter on 11 April. I assumed the wording "someone will be in contact with you today" meant that somebody from Rochester would be contacting me via email or telephone to discuss my ongoing issues. Still nothing!!!
