BAD Customer Service

I was in checkers last week at the deli, there was 3 staff behind the deli. 1 helping a customer, the other 2 talking to each other while packing samoosa's. They could clearly see i was waiting to be helped but carried on chatting. this went on for a while until i eventually raised my voice and said are you going to carry on talking to each other or actually help me with my order that i want to place. I left Pick n Pay completely to start shopping at checkers but seems they don't care if they loose customers
