WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO SORT OUT BAD QUALITY GOODS?

We ordered a cabinet in Nov 2012 and paid it in full, it is now the 5th cabinet that was supposed to have been delivered last week. I spoke to Wayne last week Thursday as I could not get a hold of Dorian, he left without phoning me back, no surprise as no-one from the company ever does!!
When I spoke to Wayne he said that he understood my frustration, I then responded that he had no idea at how frustrated I am, he got irately rude with me and told me that he is a man of his word and that he will phone me with an answer on Friday 19 April, I phoned Wayne in the morning just to let him know that I will be in meetings all afternoon and that he should just leave a message on my cell. Until now 22 April 2013 I have had no phone call from him regarding my issue.
I am now in the process of contacting the media and a lawyer to assist me in trying to resolve my issue. If any one else is reading this and you have had no joy from this company let's stand together and expose them for what they are! Send all complaints to [Email Removed] and I will liaise with my contact person in the media and have it published/broadcast, then maybe we will get some service!
