I ordered a lounge suit which i saw on the floor of which i was told delivery would be in a week, after a week i get a call saying the lounge suit i already signed for has been discontinued which i felt was unacceptable so after numerous calls i was then told they ordered me a new set but would only arrive 3 weeks later which i accepted once the set arrived it was the incorrect set of which i was told that i would have my set the following tue which did not arrive then i was told thur wich did not arrive then i was told sat of which i went into the store to confirm what time my set would arrive once again i was told 3 pm and obviously nothing arrived again after many calls and frustration the call center called me and informed me my set was not even loaded to be delivered on sat so all i have been hearing is, i then contacted the regional manager named Wayne who was very disrespectful to me as a customer as he raised his voice and continued to put the phone down in my ear of which i sent him a snotty message telling him how useless they are he still does not answer my call and after 6 weeks i still dont have a lounge suit of which i paid R26 000 for, this is unacceptable.
