On more than one occasion has Wayne from AMP warranty helped me out. I took out the warranty on my vehicle no so long ago, a couple weeks after that my vehicle had broken down. I phoned amp and Wayne answered the call, within minutes he was able to arrange a tow by a professional company and liaise with the tow company, Vehicle repair shop and myself. This has never happened to me before in the insurance industry.
Within the hour my car was booked in and i was back at work.
I then needed a repair done on lower arm in the front of my vehicle, Wayne was able to communicate with myself and the company doing the repairs and got every thing approved within minutes.
Appreciation for people in the service industry is needed as their is not a lot of people like Wayne out their anymore.
