On the 29/10/2013 Mr Mootla called me and offered me goods which I declined. But homemark went ahead and billed my credit card with an amount of 2697. I called them and requested them to reverse the transaction. they promised that the manager will call me back to fix the problem but he never did. I have made numerous calls and they promise to call back which they never do. I has been seven months I am struggling to get a refund.
