Homemark - No refund for returned goods

On the 26th February 2013 I complained on Hello Peter about the above. I received a response back from Homemark with an apology for the bad service received and a promise that one of their service consultants will contact us shortly. Well nothing has happened yet and it is a month later.

Mr Hugh Lionnet ordered a cell phone on the Homemark Direct mail order on the 23rd May 2012 and paid for this telephone R313.74. The phone was delivered and because Mr Lionnet is not a young person and did not understand the phone he returned the telephone on the 4th June 2012. He received a return slip as proof that the item was returned. He had been phoning constantly for his refund. Nobody answers the phone and if by pure luck it is answered, he stated the reason for his call, the call gets disconnected.

Please tell me when the money will be refunded. This is almost a year now. Mr Lionnet is a pensioner and we just DON'T STEEL from PENSIONERS.

tHE INVOICE NUMBER FOR THIS IS Y0951471 and the account number is 11501534 the invoice date is 23 May 2012. The Samsung Galaxy phone was delivered and collected from 8 Derrick Road, Spartan, Kempton Park 1619.
