On the 13 April 2013 I visited your Pavillion branch. There was a ring priced at R999. I went into the store and asked to purchase that ring displayed. When cashing up for the item that sales persons tells me the ring is now R4999. I have proof that the item was R999. The sales person informed me she cannot give me the item at the displayed price and there was NO MANAGER in store and she took my details but never get back to me. I manage to get hold of the area manager Vani who wasn't any help either and refused to give me feed back
The price displayed is the price you get the item at. Instead of customer service I was given rude answers and shut down. Should I take this matter to a higher level? The press? Media? CPA? I have supporting proof
