I went to Sterns Jacaranda centre this morning to buy an Xmas gift. there was a nice gold cross on display for R599-00 so i decided to buy it, when paying the lady at the till Welheminah says the price displayed is incorrect and the actual price is r 1599-00, and says there is nothing they can do, i find this unacceptable as it was displayed for R599-00, i did buy the item as it was what my partner wanted.
i feel a customer should pay the price displayed not the price the computer says the item is,
