What happened to Fielli Canal Walk Cape Town?

I bought a dining suite early in January 2013. I was never offered a delivery service and collected the set myself from a warehouse in Paarden Island. I got a call from the store 3 days after I collected the set from the store to inform me that there was a missing piece from the table which they accidentally sent to Durban. At that stage it didn't bothered me 'cause I was moving to a new house. After I made numerous calls in February I got a e-mail from Julian apologizing for not delivering the missing piece and that they will make up for the inconvenience. We had our house warming by end February and up until today we didn't received any communication from them. The set is still in boxes and I intent to take it back next week and demand my R 20 000 with interest. I never felt this ripped off in my life and is spreading the word that Fielli is a bunch of amateurs when it comes to customer service.
