Very disappointing... to say the least

Upon visiting the Woodmead showroom, were greeted by Gavin who explained that (i) almost all of their furniture is imported from Italy, and (ii) they were currently running a 20% off special for the month on everything so we should take a look around. We found a dining room set we liked. We took all the details incl. dimensions to check if it would fit at home. Gavin confirmed that there was sufficient sets in stock and we will get the 20% disc. We returned the next weekend and the story had changed to "Only floor stock is 20% off" and the set we liked was sold!!! Hence 20% wont apply on the set we want. Nevertheless we ordered one at full price and Mohammed did help with a 5% store discount - Thank u. However, delivery time was only communicated one day in advance only because I called to query. We received delivery of damaged goods; base of table, dining chairs that are unstable and missing shelves. I called Mohammed and emailed photos immediately. He then also shocks me by telling me the set is Made in China. They replaced the damaged base - Thanks! I appreciate that. However, 3 of the 8 dining chairs are still unstable, even after the Fielli delivery guys intalled the stoppers.
