UNAUTHORISED BILLING

On the morning of 24/03/2013 I was phoned about seven times for products I don't need after declining all one of the ladies decided to to put through a sale and money was taken from my account I immediately contacted them for a refund today 19/04/2013 am still waiting for a refund which was promised would be done within 4 days. The previous month I was sold a Tabled I don't even know how to use, I just want these people to stop phoning me and debiting my account.
