Dealing with Rochester Home Decor disappointing

Although the new Lazboy (Houston black) was marketed, I was told by Centurion store that there was no stock. When I asked why they did not offer to order me the model in the colour I wanted, I was told that a single chair could not be ordered. More than one store then informed me of a chair found to be in a warehouse (possibly the same chair). I was promised delivery within 9 working days (i.e. before Easter) and I paid Centurion in full on 19 March 2013. The chair has still not been delivered. Leading up to Easter, Centurion proved unable to inform me of the scheduled day of delivery but delivery before Easter was again confirmed after a call to head office. After I complained to Centurion on Thursday that I had not heard anything regarding delivery, I received a call blaming the supplier; I was still led to expect delivery that same day. That did not happen. Having been disappointed (and my phone call to Centurion this morning not having been returned) I worry that the transaction will fall through.
