I'm very dissapointedin the overall service I have received from bradlows. I applied for a King size seally matress and base on credit on the on the 11th of March (if not earlier). They told me that it has to be made and I will receive it on the 29th of March. I also explained to them that I need a bed urgent as ours broke in the moving truck. The 29th was a holiday so I went there and they told me the next week only. I went there on the 3rd of April and they told me that it will only be there the next week. I went there on the 10th of April and they said there was a problem when they ordered the bed and the factory only sent them the base and the matress will only be there on the 16th of April. Yesterday my husband phoned to find out if the bed has come and they said no its only coming the first week in May!!! I sent a email to bradlows cust9omer service and got no reply. Im fed up with getting no feedback. I was promised a bed this week, I think someone should step up and give some beter client service. I wait for your urgent feedback.
