Sabre Lounge Suite

I purchased a Sabre lounge suite from Bradlows in King Williams Town in Nov./Dec 2012, I received three different sets which where damaged, stitches not done correctly bad material wor, wood work chiipped, I kept the 3rd set which was damaged as the Manager promised that she would wait for the factory to open in Jan 2013 and get a new set for me, now the Manager is no longer working for Bradlows, and the current manager and regional manager are never available when we call them and they never return calls, I have called the regional manager numerous times over the past week without any success or response, This is what I need Bradlows to do to get ne a perfect set without any damage and take their damage unit, I have contacted grafton everest via email and they responded to me and advised that Bradlows must change the set as promised and the person that responded to my email even tried to contact the eastern cape regional manager without any success he has not even returned grafton everest phone call, my next step will be to report Bradlows to the Cosumer commission if this does not get sorted ASAP.
