On Wednesday afternoon 09/10/2013, We went to Pick and Pay Zone 6 to get a few things, there where yoghurt's Pick and Pay brands on sale for R 9.99, We both took 2 and other items and we got to the Teller to pay, the teller took our stuff and started processing and we noticed Yoghurt was not R 9.99 but was R 13.99 we questioned what's going on, he called a lady who explained that the put in the wrong priced and have been informing customer when the pay that it priced wrong, but funny enough it was already after 4 in the afternoon and the price was still there on the fridge for R 9.99 and they cant give it to us at the price, when requesting for a Manager, was told they in a meeting so late in the afternoon, now really and we where not the only customers and all this lady could say was she doesn't have authority to give us at the price of R 9.99, I have experienced the same thing with Game but the price was honoured without hesitation, its disappointing that Pick pay treats customers this way and i will spread the word about such bad service from pick and pay zone 6 utterly disgusted customer BAD BAD SERVICE, but if we where white such would have not happened.
