I visited CNA in Menlyn to purchase a SD card.
Upon arrival, there was no-one manning the digital/electronics station. In fact, there were NO employees on that level.
The security referred me to the staff on the level above. I eventually got Itumeleng to help me.
As we got to the digital media section, Patricia (sales person responsible for that area) made her grand appearance and chose to totally ignore Itumeleng's queries regarding her whereabouts.
Needless to say, there wasnt even a manager available to address the issue at hand immediately, hence my complaint on Hellopeter.
I would like to know what CNA plans to do to improve the pathetic service rendered by their staff.
