ACOUNT DEFRAUDED - NO FEEDBACK IN TWO WEEKS

My card was defrauded on the 27 May (never received a statement EVER). Got an arrears sms. Reported that I purchased nothing on the account. I reported on 4 July. WEnt into Clearwater to fax through affidavit and it was never faxed through to the department. I have made over 20 calls to get feedback and no one gets back to me. I have left messages and no one phones back.

I have received about 6 requests to pay the account. My card was used to purchase cell phones and airtime and my ID number copy was used to purchase these phones in Brits and Hartebeespoort. How can 2 different stores allow somone to purchase almost R11 000 of stock and not check the signature. No one has returned my call to give me feedback. I am totally disgusted with the service I have received from Foschini.

I don't owe Foschini a cent or nothing outstanding and Im being hounded for money that I never spent! Foschini quick to phone for money but not giving me feedback on FRAUDELENT persons and 2 different stores!!! I will make sure everyone is aware of how Foschini is treating me as a customer.
