Ive been to this store on many occasions even without a booking and even during December they were so busy but still tried to assist, at that day that ive been there, all the ladies were helping like 2 people at a time and the manager was in between phones ringing unstoppable and assisting walk in clients and still assisting paying customers to clients that needed Nimue, my honest opinion is that these clients that do complain has got no idea what these ladies deal with at any given moment, I ve been there and always are treated with utmost generosity and a great atmosphere and always friendly peeps, that I will always go back to this store, due to their great service!!!
