I wish to compliment the ladies responsiblefor their great service and responsiveness to the needs of your clients. They extended their service by ensuring that we were kept up to speed with developments, informed via email and phone call -which ever was convenient at the time. A friendly attitude made a very stressful time more manageable. If only all companies employed people with this attitude and outlook.
