I would like to compliment the staff of Cape Union Mart, Canal Walk for their great attitudes. We dropped in to get my husband a new hat for the coming 4x4 trip and to update the GPS. while the GPS was updated I strolled around their shop for the new hat. The lady helping me was so friendly and so was the guy that updated the GPS.
I was really surprised by the men's clothing range (not hiking etc.) and was showed the ladies range as well. At no point was any service a problem in that store. The person updating the GPS went through a great deal of trouble to make sure that all was ok.
The cashier was just as friendly! I don't know if its something in the aircon but seriously I have not experienced great service like this in ages. We will surely return!
