I would like to lodge a complaint as to an email that was sent out stating that I have R837 avialable on my smart shopper card. I was so imbarresed when I whent to Pick a Pay and they told me I only have R10.06 available. I told them about the email and they could not help me. Went back to work and phoned the customer care line. Only to be told that it was an error and there was an email sent that stated it was an error. I never received such an email, and the guy helping on the phone also could not get hold of the email that was supposely sent. How stupid will it be to go and make your name "tofffy" infront of other people deliberately. Never in my life was I so imbarresed. I really think that it is very unprofessional of Pick a Pay to sent the incorrect information and not reinburse one.
