Dear Pick 'n Pay,
Since the beginning of December 2013, my smart shopper multiplier points were not being allocated to my SMC. I called your call centre. They knew nothing about how the program works in conjunction with Discovery card. I was promised a call back and received nothing. I sent an email and recieved an unprofessional and uninformed reply.
I urge you to consult your records and advise if you think this is "CustomerCare ".
