Disgusting product supply and service

I purchased a breakfast pack from makro last year, the kettle wasnt switching off, I took it back to makro repairs I received it with glue around the rim of the kettle and the kettle was not boiling, I then took it back the 2nd time, asking for a new kettle, I then received it the 2nd time working but in the same disgusting quality of glue everywhere, in this period I had to purchase a new kettle for my family. I then sent it back due to the quality, I contacted a lady at russell hobs repairs and sent images, I fetched it for the 3rd time expecting a new kettle but there was a note saying its been swopped but it clearly was not its just been cleaned and I have pictures to prove this disgusting quality, I contacted the same lady she managed to organise a refund for the full breakfast set on arriving at Makro for the 8th time in a space of 3months I was then told they wont refund me without the suppliers consent I feel I have been shoved around and inconvienced by supplier and Makro as they are so unhelpful to my predicament. this has not only made me not want to purchase Russell hobbs items again but opened my eyes to service at Makro returns
