I bought your Russell Hobbs LED Glass Kettle for R599.00. 2 months down the line it started 2 leak and we took it back.
It was send in for repairs and we waited for 2 weeks before we got it back. A month later it started to LEAK AGAIN at the same spot. We took it in again and they gave me a refund.
I bought the same kettle with my refund voucher believing I bought a knock off the first time around. Now, 4 months later this new kettle started to leak once again. I'm very unhappy with the quality
RUSSELL HOBBS products. I thought I'd rather pay more for quality but I made mistake!!! I will never buy your so-called great quality & expensive products and I will warn others.
