Just a very short note to Hi-Fi Corporation.
After dealing with your staff about a repair since 13 March and getting nothing but attitude, empty promises and "duck and dive" from them, I phoned the 0860 Customer Service number displayed on the website and had the good fortune to be transferred to a lady by the name of Carin.
At this stage I was absolutely FUMING mad and in desperate need to speak with someone, anyone that made sense and told the truth!!
I vote Carin for president!!! What a pleasure! What an efficient, competent lady. She followed thru and delivered.
She is calm, cool and collected. Hi Fi Corporation, thank your lucky stars for her!!!
