I bought a lamp and shade set from Coricraft in Sandton City on 22 March 2013. It turned out to be too big for my space so I returned it on 25 March 2013. I was requested to supply my banking details by Maria, which I did on the same day.
The problem is that I have still not received my refund. When I call the store I keep getting told that the refund has been processed and they promise to contact someone in Cape Town but it's been the same story for the past three weeks! Help!
