Purchased a lamp and lamp shade for cash (R1495) on the 1 November 2013, stating we needed to check whether the colour matched our lounge furniture. It did not match and we returned it on Saturday the 2 November 2013. They stated that they could not refund us cash and gave us a credit note and we provided them with a banking account into which they could place the refund. This has not happened to date (24 November 2013), even after returning to the shop and laying a complaint, as well as a week later phoning them and sending two emails to their head offices, including a scanned copy of the credit note.
