My 2 years old no stick 28cm frying pan from Le Creuset was showing some sign of wear in the middle. Brought it to the shop not knowing what to expect, although they say it is guaranteed for life. Gabbi the shop attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. After a phone call to management my R1200 frying pan was replaced with no issue. I was so pleased by the service that I bought some more cooking ware from them.
Really worth spending a little extra for quality product and service.
