I usually buy Le Creuset items in store but decided to get something via their online shop for the first time. Ordering it was simple and easy and the tracking number given was correct and I could track my parcel (this doesn't happen often with other online shops). Obviously Le Creuset has great products but the fact that their service is also of top notch standard makes my shopping experience all the more worth it.
