Half a Magnum

I purchased a Magnum Hazelnut ice cream from the Spar in St. Lucia on 4 May 2013. When I opened the wrapping I found that I only had half an ice cream! The wrapping paper was sealed and I could clearly see that it was a manufacturing default and not simply half eaten. I did take a photo of the ice cream. Very dissapointing!
