Called call centre-How to open a account online.
person assisting me was in a hurry and insisted that i can not apply online and that i must go to a shop.
I work mon-sat and through convenience thats what i wanted to do.when I asked to explain terms and conditions agent would get upset if i asked more info pertaining the contractual agreement she eventually just dropped the line. I called back and when informed next consultant of what happened-just laughed at me and i let it go and decided to once go to a store.

I opened account at the store. Bought 3 items amounting to average 2500 _ .
when i tried to make a purchase of another item 2 weeks later (today 21-3-2013) i was declined and had to call in to he call centre (dep).
spoke to Zukiswa Ngcokovane. verification was authenticated via my personal details.
was told that Edgars tried to call me on the 10-3-2013 once.thus freezing my account.
requested i send 3 bank statements, ID copy, letter from work and a payslip.
requested to speak to manager.
told me no manager.
Imelda whom is credit control manager at Walmer Branch PE called in and asked and managers name.agent laughed out Imelda & gave manager name. I am going public!
