Go for soft skills training!

Please could you let your staff that do warm calls know that it is incredibly rude to just hang up a phone because someone said they are not interested in something at the time. Perhaps asking first if it is a convenient time to talk might be a better way of starting off your pitch instead of bothering people when they are at work. Utterly disgraceful!
