I would like to compliment the area manager of richards bay boardwalk truworths for her speedy and warm response to my expeirnce with truworths, she truely made me feel valued and I would gladly shop at truworths now because of her! She took the trouble not only to phone me but to personally come and see me, very rare is a regional or area manager able to do that but she is really a star and I really appriciate her going the extra mile for client services I'd give her 110% so thank u very much for exellent Service!
